Delphi & Meteora Monasteries Classical Tour Greece - 3 Days Guided Tour

Departure Location: Athens
Pick Up: Your Hotel or point near by between 07:30 - 08:00
Drop Off: Your Hotel or point near by at aprox 19:00
Overnights: Delphi & Kalmbaka - Meteora
1st Day - Leave Athens early in the morning (approx. 08:20) to Delphi via the National highway, passing by the towns of Thebes - Levadia (quick Stop) and Arachova. Visit to the Museum of Delphi with its Spectacular finds including the World famous Charioteer, the Naxian Sphinx, the Statue of Antinoos, then to the Ancient Sanctuary of the Greek God Apollo. Afternoon is free. Overnight in Delphi.
2nd Day - Morning is free in Delphi. Departure to KALAMBAKA, a small town built at the foot of majestic grey rocks, and crowned by the METEORA Monasteries. Passing through picturesque villages and towns of Central Greece.
Dinner and overnight in Kalambaka.
3rd Day - Visit to Meteora and enjoy a unique and most impressive scenery with ageless monasteries, containing priceless historical and religious treasures, standing between Earth and Heaven, rooted on huge rocks. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopile (passing by the Leonidas monument). Arriving in Athens early in the evening.
Pick Up & Drop Off Information
The pick up point for this tour will be either your Hotel in Athens (Your are kindly requested to inform us the name of the hotel you will be staying in Athens) or from a prearranged point near by your Hotel in Athens.
Please note that we MUST be informed about your Hotel in Athens latest 7 days prior the tour departure.
For Guests staying out of Athens Center we provide them with the most central pick up points.
